Viewing  Properties in Germany

We are able to offer an accompanied viewing for you, with a friendly, and experienced english speaking, Berlin based property agent. The agent will be able to answer most, if not all of your property related questions. He or she will also be available to answer any future questions you may have, by fax, phone, email, or in person. The agent will also be available, and happy to help and advise you through the buying transaction. The agents, are also part of an experienced property management company, specialising in the management of German properties, and thus taking care of your overseas investment. This professional management service is surprisingly inexpensive, and gives you great peace of mind.

If you wish to view the property or even a number of properties on your own, we can provide you with maps, and full driving directions. We would kindly ask that you call us to arrange this prior to your visit. A simple call on (44) 7711920700 and we will arrange a visit for any particular property which you may be interested in.

Making an offer on a property

If you are ready to make an offer on a property, then firstly please call us to make the offer, you will then be asked for a written copy of your verbal offer to us formally, including the following:

Your: Name, Address, Contact phone no., The property address you wish to offer on, The property #no., and your offer (in words)

We will endeavour to reply to your offer as quickly as possible. Should your offer be accepted, then you will be asked to make a minimum 10% deposit as soon as possible. Please note that this deposit can be more than the standard 10% on some properties. Once your deposit is received by us, you will receive a written receipt for your deposit. Funding/Financing your German property Investment

Status funding

There are a number of different options to Funding or Financing your investment property purchase. Most, if not all lenders will Fund or Finance between 60 - 80% of the purchase price, on a status basis and, subject to status.

Non status funding

There are options of Non status funding, that will fund between 50-60%  of the purchase price. As with all Funding or Financing, the criteria varies on each individual application, and clients needs and circumstance. Therefore, we would ask you to call us, to discuss your Funding needs, which will enable us to advise you correctly.
